Youth Exchange - Let's save the cyberspace
The aim of this project is train and inform youngsters on how to use the internet in a way that protects their physical and online safety, as well as their digital and real-life reputation. It will also be a great opportunity to teach youngsters on how to make use of good online communication practices that promote tolerance and inclusion, instead of a culture of aggression. At its most heightened form, an inappropriate use of the internet and any kind of digital harassment might result in low self-esteem, depression, low academic achievement and overall less interest in school. We want to show that it is essential to tackle the issue of cybersafety and cyberbullying through prevention, in order to avoid the biggest and most harmful consequences of this phenomenon to youngsters from all over Europe.
